  • This course is recommended for:

    • Flight operations managers
    • Nominated Postholders or designated persons to the Authority
    • Airline Operations Center (AOC) staff

    • Civil Aviation Authority oversight personnel
    • Auditors or quality/compliance managers

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participant obtaining a grade of 90% or higher 
  • It is important that you complete the bundled e-learning Safety Management Systems Fundamentals course before the classroom session.
  • Recommended level is Intermediate and Advanced.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.
