An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher. 

Prerequisites

  • Participants should have at least 3 years of work experience in the aviation industry or 2 years in handling large number of data to provide business decisions.
  • Recommended level is Intermediate.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

This course takes you through the process of using data analytics to identify your business priority, determining the correct analytical tools to address the priority, using visual analytical tools to arrive at optimum decisions, and finally, building easy-to-understand reports to present the data and gain support for the decisions. Equipped with hands-on exercises, you will practice dashboarding, visualization techniques and report generation.
