Staff who works in passenger services units for Turkish Airlines and Handling Companies which give services to Turkish Airlines and who has already passenger services certificate can participate
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)
The participants must have A01D450 Airline Passenger Services Certificate 


This course is prepared to refresh the current knowledge by discussing the problems in practice and transfer on new information about passenger services.
