Identify the parts of a journey and match cities and countries with IATA Traffic

 Identify conference areas and sub-areas and the global indicator for the routing flown

 Quote routing fares and fares using the mileage formula; and convert and round currencies

 Price one-way, round and circle trips; and interpret electronic ticket (e-ticket) data elements

 Collect applicable taxes, fees, and charges; and understand child and infant fares

 Explain baggage and validating carrier rules

  • Recommended level is Entry-level.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.
