International Negotiation Skills
The ability to develop persuasive arguments, structure proposals and effectively negotiate have a major impact on personal and organizational success. This course will prepare you for each phase of the negotiation process, with techniques, tactics and behaviors regarding when to negotiate and how to achieve successful, win-win results for both parties. You will learn and practice the strategies and skills that will help you become a successful negotiator.Course format: This course is available at IATA Training Centers, regional training partner locations, and on-demand as in-company training. This course provides 40 hours of instruction delivered by an official IATA Instructor.The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or equivalent for other languages.
