WITH “SPECIALISING IN CABIN TRAINING PROGRAM” THE TARGET IS MAXIMUM PASSENGER SATISFACTION11/8/2017



Aiming to increase personal and occupational qualifications of cabin attendants who are an important component of competition advantage in the sector, “Specializing in Cabin Training Program” prepared jointly by Turkish Aviation Academy and Flight Training Directorate was reinitiated as of November.

This program aims to equip the cabin personnel in every area with up-to-date information by evaluating behavior models which will carry passenger service quality to maximum level. The previous one-month training program given to cabin attendants and cabin chiefs began showing its effects with the increasing positive feedback coming from customer satisfaction/complaints questionnaires.

“Specializing in Cabin Training Program” consists of in-class trainings, e-learnings, seminars and applied trainings on product and service presentation. In addition to Aviation English (Cabin)offered as blended, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, and Protocol and Image trainings are being given  and the training program is supported with Customer Experience and Hospitality seminars by Turkish Aviation Academy. Besides, a training package consisting of broad content of Lynda.com is offered to the participants. Safety Awareness, Route Service, Type Trainings and other occupational trainings are also offered to the benefit of participants by Flight Training Directorate.

Cabin personnel will continue to take periodically planned trainings in 2017-2018.
