In the panel, Senior Vice President, Training, Prof. Kemal YÜKSEK focused on the ways human factors negatively influenced training discussing the kinds of thoughts and behaviors that hinder the training processes and how to overcome them.  He said that the negative human factor could be the teacher, planner or participant in the training process, and addressed problems such as the lack of information transfer, inefficient use of resources and time, and the inability to be objective at the evaluation stage. Mr. YÜKSEK, who emphasized the need to remove the negative human factors in order to increase productivity, expressed that Turkish Aviation Academy, through digitizing trainings, had minimized these negative impacts. Talking of the training processes and training methodology at Aviation Academy in detail, Mr. YÜKSEK emphasized that the content of their training programs is constantly updated.
