FREELAND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION PAID A VISIT TO TURKISH AVIATION ACADEMY5/11/2018



Freeland – an international organization founded to prevent animal trafficking and human slavery – visited Turkish Aviation Academy at its Yesilkoy Campus.

Freeland, with the mission of restoring, developing and improving programs and tools which strengthen the society, form safe and flexible communities and ecosystems with the aim of overcoming organized crimes and corruption, was hosted by Director of Turkish Aviation Academy Prof. Kemal YUKSEK in his office. Mr. Onkuri MAJUMDAR from Freeland was informed about training systems of our academy. Freeland officers also shared their own strategies and targets with Turkish Aviation Academy in addition to showing keen attention to new projects, applications, training systems and up-to-date training methodologies of our Academy.

At the meeting, discussions took place regarding the contents of the new training “prevention of animal trafficking” that will be delivered at our Academy in accordance with the contract signed between Turkish Airlines and Freeland. The visit ended with reciprocal presentation of gifts and a photo shoot.

Turkish Aviation Academy will continue to expand its training network with up-to-date and new contents.
