"Executive Assistance Diploma Program", designed by Turkish Aviation Academy in order to strengthen the personal and professional competence of executive assistants of our Company and increase service excellence, produced its first graduates. Our colleagues having completed the program successfully received their certificates from Turkish Aviation Academy Director Prof. Kemal YÜKSEK at the ceremony held in 15 July Conference Hall.

The aim of this program is to ensure that executive assistants are more qualified individuals who are experts in computer use, can professionally use office management principles and methods, are able to establish good human relations, equipped with modern protocol information, by providing them knowledge and skills that can meet the requirements of a rapidly changing and developing business world. The "Executive Assistance Diploma Program" consists of vocational trainings, personal development trainings, language trainings and computer trainings carried out in class, digital and blended platforms.

Participants have been able to specialize in trainings such as Emotional Intelligence, Protocols Etiquette and Image, Time Management, English for E-mails, Useful English Expressions for Executive Assistants, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, which are in the catalogue of Turkish Aviation Academy.

The diploma programs, designed by Turkish Aviation Academy for candidates with different positions and potential for career advancement, are defined as training and development programs and are designed to accommodate the appropriate content for this purpose.
