TURKISH AVIATION ACADEMY, THE EDUCATIONAL PARTNER OF IATA, COMES TOGETHER WITH OTHER IATA MEMBER ACADEMIES11/5/2015




Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy, IATA’s Regional Training Partner and Authorized Training Center, participated in IATA Global Training Partner Conference held in Hamburg on 22-23 October. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kemal Yüksek, Director of Turkish Aviation Academy and Recep Çağdaş, IATA Trainings Coordinator took part in the conference arranged annually in order to maintain and develop interactions among the members of IATA.

Attending this occasion with the purpose of keeping abreast of the recent developments experienced globally in the field of Aviation Trainings, and introducing some innovations brought by the Academy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kemal Yüksek, Director of Training, made a speech in the panel titled “The Challenges Training Faces”. At the speech he gave, Mr. Yüksek shared information with the other IATA members coming from all over the World about the progress our Academy has made in the field of digitalization of the trainings especially in the last two years, and its programming system, which could be an example for the other academies, and the training model it has adopted.

Having renewed its understanding of Training by structuring the new modern Training systems such as “Training Resource Management System” in its body, Turkish Aviation Academy continues to develop its vision through interactions, and exchanges of knowledge it makes at the similar platforms with the other agencies and institutions operating in the field of international civil aviation sector.
