“IATA TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT” TRAINING HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED IN TURKISH AVIATION ACADEMY 10/30/2017



In line with the aim of contributing to the development of the civil aviation sector, Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy, which supports its investment in aviation trainings which are the building blocks of the industry with IATA trainings, has successfully delivered another IATA training.

“IATA Training Needs Assessment” training has been delivered in Turkish Aviation Academy, IATA’s Regional Training Partner and Authorized Training Center, by IATA’s experienced trainer David BROOKS between 25-27 October.

The training has been completed successfully with the participation of employees of international companies such as Saudi Airlines, Middle East Airlines Ground Handling, Middle East Airline Air Liban and Bahrain Airport Company and also employees of Turkish Airlines Corporation.

Participants have gained expertise in responding to the requests related to their work life, learning to ask the right questions in their professional life, and finding solutions to performance problems. Besides, participants, with the help of the competencies acquired in the training, have attained a strategic perspective in terms of improving the overall performance at the individual, operational and organizational level.
