“SPECIALISING IN CABIN TRAINING PROGRAM” CONTINUES FOR MAXIMUM CUSTOMER SATISFACTION12/18/2017



“Specialising in Cabin Training Program”, designed with the aim of increasing service quality by developing professional and personal competency of cabin crew, started again in December with the collaboration of Turkish Aviation Academy and Flight Training Academy. Opening Ceremony of the Program was held at Turkish Aviation Academy 15th July Lecture Hall. The program was delivered at Aviation Academy classrooms between 1-29 December 2017.

The aim of this program is to equip cabin crew in all aspects by assessing behaviour models which maximize customer service quality and giving up-to-date information. According to the positive results coming from customer satisfaction questionnaires, the program is achieving its goal.

“Specialising in Cabin Training Program” consists of in-class trainings, e-learnings, seminars, practical trainings regarding the delivery of product and services. Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Protocol and Image, Aviation English for Cabin are delivered as blended trainings. Customer Experience and Hospitality on the other hand is delivered in the form of seminars and are offered as supportive trainings. A training package composed of broad content of Lynda.com is also provided to the participants. Flight Training Academy offers Safety Awareness, Route Service, Type Trainings and other vocational trainings for the benefit of the participants.

The program will continue in full stride in 2018.
