FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS OF TRAININGS MANAGEMENT


Financial and Administrative Affairs Management provides the following services:

  • To carry out the transactions of Academy’s financial records,
  • To carry out the budget studies regarding the tasks under the responsibility of the management,
  • To purchase training services within the authority limits of the management upon request,
  • To effectively conduct the processes of Academy personnel’s social and personal rights, and its administrative functions,
  • To maintain the coordination of the contracting company’s Directorate services as well as the Academy’s technical infrastructure, and to fulfill documentation requirement.
