Organizational Development Trainings Department is considered as an important service provider, particularly for Turkish Airlines, as well as other firms which operate in the aviation sector and require personal development, social and management skills trainings.

Our department focuses on supporting our staff at all ranks with trainings in accordance with the requirements of the industry such as self development, social and management skills. Within the Academy, it designs trainings in the fields of personal development and management, and creates training modules. It is also responsible for conducting and developing these trainings. Moreover, it is involved in determining and evaluating the outsourced training courses in relevant areas, and consulting services.

Organizational Development Trainings Management aims to make much more contribution to the improvement of the service quality in aviation industry by adding new trainings to its existing portfolio.

The tasks of the department are carried out by its two units: Professional Development Trainings Unit and Personel Development Trainings Unit.
