The training aims to practically teach the users how to make ticketing and sales report transactions correctly on the reservation system. Target Group: Travel Agency Staff (Domestic) Aim of the Training: Upon completing this training, the participants will; be able to make information inquiries about reservation system, be able to create PNR for different trip and passenger types and charge them, be able to do passenger special service demands transactions, be able to do change and cancel transactions on PNR fields, be able to read and examine PNR, PNR history and price fields, be able to do Miles & Smiles award transactions, be able to realize ticketing transactions, have the basic information about discounts, charging rules, ticketing rules and payment methods, be able to do revalidation, refund, void, reissue transactions on ticket.
